Q: Are your products safe for my photo's (Acid-Free / Lignin-Free)?
A: YES. While we try to include acid-free and lignin-free in our product descriptions, we may miss a few products. Please rest assured that ALL products that you receive from ScrapBug Lane are acid-free and lignin-free. Like you, we love scrapbooking and know the importance of protecting our precious family photo's.
Q: Do you accept credit cards?
A: YES. In addition to PayPal and Google Check-Out, we accept all major credit cards. Including: VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS (AMEX) and DISCOVER.
Q: Is my credit card safe on to use on your site?
A: ScrapBug Lane uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect sensitive data transmissions. When you have a secure connection between your browser and a web site, others cannot easily access the data that you send across the connection. Most web browsers support SSL. When paying by credit card, ScrapBug Lane requires additional information to help protect you against fraudulent charges, such as your card verification ID and billing address. Your card will only be charged when you owe ScrapBug Lane a payment.
