Return Policy!
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not entirely pleased, simply return the item within 30 days of receipt for exchange (if available) or a refund of the purchase price minus original shipping and handling.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us first! All returns must be pre-authorized. When you call, we will issue you a RMA Number. Without this number, your return will be refused.
- Repack the item in the original packing materials and box.
- Write the RMA Number that you receive on the outside of the box, next to your shipping label.
- To send your package, be sure to cover the original shipping address on the original box. Please address your package to the address listed below.
- Ship the package insured and prepaid via FedEx Ground, UPS or U.S. Mail. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. We are not responsible for lost packages sent by you. So, please use a services that has a verifiable tracking number.

Credits to a credit card will be immediately applied upon processing, but may not appear on your statement for one to two billing cycles.
